In pursuance of a power contained in the lease deed dated 10.02.2001 under which the house situated at ……………. thereby demised is held, I address you as here under :

  1. That the lease deed dated 10.02.2001 has expired by efflux time on the 14 day of February 2006 and I hereby called upon you to vacate and deliver peaceful possession of the demised premises to me on or before the 31 day of January 2010.

  1. That as per lease deed under article 8 clause (h) I am not interested to continue the tenancy agreement since the said premises will be used for my own purpose.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above you are hereby requested and called upon to vacate and deliver peaceful possession of the demised premises of the receipt of this notice.

A copy of this notice is preserved for future reference.
