RE: TITLE SUIT NO. 160/2004 FILED BY THE Bank 1 IN THE 3RD JOINT DISTRICT JUDGE COURT.

We refer to the above subject-matter. The next date of the above Suit is fixed on 07.04.2008 for submission of the written statement on behalf of the Bank 2. Please provide us the para-wise comment on the plaint of Title Suit No. 160/2004 filed by the BANK 1. We would also need to peruse the plaint and relevant others of Title Suit No. 122/1994 filed by Bank 2 before the drafting of the written statement on your behalf. It is mentioning here that the Title Suit No. 122/1994 is already disposed of and the documents relating to it should be in your record.
