RE:     Vetting of 2nd Modification to the Deed of Hypothecation and 6th Addendum to the Lenders’ Pari Passu Security Sharing Agreement

We refer to your letter-dated 04.10.2007 on the captioned subject.

In order to vet the provided documents/agreements, we need to examine the following documents/information:

1.      All new/enhanced sanction/facility letters of the lenders

2.      1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4thAddendum to the Lenders’ Pari Passu Security Sharing Agreement

3.      List of the lenders, in favour of whom Company 1 has already executed individual deeds of hypothecation, if any, and copies of those deeds of hypothecation.

Kindly provide us with copies of the above-mentioned documents as soon as possible.
