By your letter you have informed us that the Honourable High Court Division of the Supreme Court has issued Rule and interim order on 08.03.2007 in Writ Petition no. 2461 of 2007.

We are always willing to comply with the order of the Honourable Court. However, considering the urgency of the matter you are requested to provide us with a certified copy of the order of the Hono’ble Court given in Writ Petition No. 2461 of 2007 as early as possible. In the meantime, on the basis of your information regarding the Court Order, we are not divulging or supplying the Director General of Central Intelligence Cell, National Board of Revenue with any information about the accounts of Mr. ________________ and Mrs. _________________.
