You are hereby summoned to appear in the above mentioned Court in person or through an authorised Attorney who shall be able to answer all questions relating to the suit, on the______________ day of _______________ __________ at _________a.m. /p.m. to answer the claim. As the date is fixed for final disposal of the suit. You must be prepared to produce all the witnesses and all the documents upon which you intend to contest the suit on that date.
