KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that We Y Sweets and Company Limited, Head Office, Madhumita Building (1st floor), 160 Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka-1000, now at Red Crescent-Concord Tower, 17 Mohakhali Commercial Area, Dhaka-1212, Opposite-party in this case, do appoint, authorise, and empower the Advocates noted below or any of them as our lawful Advocate or Advocates for appearing, conducting, compromising and arguing the same, for depositing or withdrawing any money in connection therewith for filing or taking back any documents and for doing all acts that may be necessary to be done in connection with the said case and we further say that any act done by our said Advocate(s) after accepting this POWER shall be considered as our true and lawful act. Be it noted that unless full payment is made by us according to oral agreement towards fees, the Advocate(s) may not appear on our behalf.

TO THE ABOVE EFFECT, we execute this POWER on this the 27th day of October, 2003.
