Mr. W, core faculty of Business, supervised MIS460: Decision Support System and MIS 470: Systems Analysis and Design for Raj Masud Forhad                     (ID # 023-011-040) in Fall 2008. He has submitted the final grade for the course.

According to policy, a core faculty is entitled for an honorarium of Tk. 7,000 for supervising each reading course for the entire semester. Therefore, the Director, Finance & Accounts, may kindly be advised to pay Tk.14,000 (7,000+7,000) for two courses to Mr. W .
