Settlement
of Stock Exchange Transactions Regulations, 1998


Regulations 7 & 8—

DSE has an obligation
to pay up the outstanding amount of the sale proceeds of the ‘shares to the
petitioner through respondent No. 6 irrespective of the fact whether the
respondent Nos. 8 and 9 paid for the said shares and the DSE could recover the
full amount or not from the latter.
