The parties above-named beg to state as follows:

1. That the parties hereto are desirous of putting an end to the above suit and for that purpose agree as below:

2. That the matters between them in the above suit be referred to the joint arbitration of G.H. and J.K. and in the case of a difference of opinion between the said arbitrators L.M. shall act as umpire.

3. That the arbitrators shall file their Award and in case of difference, the umpire shall file his Award in court within. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .months from the date hereof.

4. That costs of the arbitration and all proceedings in court shall abide by the result.
