AND that he and all persons claiming under him will at the cost of the person requiring the same do all such things for further assuring this Bond to the said Assignee as may be reasonably required.

AND the said Assignor further covenants with the Assignee that he shall keep indemnified the said Assignee and his estate and effects against all costs, charges and expenses by reason of any person claiming title or interest in this Bond and setting up any claim whatsoever.
