Parade

A belated
T.I. Parade provides opportunities to the witnesses to see the accused persons
before they are put in the T.I. Parade and as such any unusual delay in holding
the T.I.Parade casts doubt regarding the genuineness of the identification of
the accused persons.

Regulation No. 282—

As the test identification parade was held after about 3
months of the arrest of the accused person and the police officer was present
at the scene which diminish the evidentiary value of the test.
