members reduces the number of members of the society below the legal
minimum—Registrar can order for cancellation of registration of a co-operative
society under section 94(2) only if the conditions laid down in Chapter X of

Fishermen’s Co-operative
Society
—After registration of the society, some of its members became
disqualified to be members of the society as a result of subsequent
incorporation of definition of ‘fishermen’ in the Rules—Disqualified members
are to be excluded from membership, but registration of the society is not
liable to cancellation unless the exclusion of disqualified members reduces the
number of members of the society below the legal minimum—Registrar can order
for cancellation of registration of a Co-operative Society under section 94(2)
only if the conditions laid down in Chapter X of the Act are
fulfilled—Co-operative Societies Act (XXI of 1940) Ss. 89 and 94.
