Codicil appointing New Executor and revoking Trust

BY THIS CODICIL TO MY WILL, dated . . . . . . . ., and attested by. . . . . . . . and . . . . . . . ., I hereby direct and declare as follows:

(1) That my eldest son, who has now attained the age of twenty-one years, shall be executor of the said Will in the place of Shri. . . . . . . ., executor named in the said Will.

(2) That Shri . . . . . . . ., the executor named in the said Will, shall not act as executor to the said Will.

(3) That the Trust created in favour of my aforesaid son to manage the properties and look after the education and upbringing of the said son for the period of his minority and that of his younger brother. . . . . . . . ., is hereby cancelled.

(4) In place of the said Trust I desire that till my younger son, the aforesaid . . . . . . . , shall have attained the age of twenty-one years, my elder son, the said . . . . . . . . ., shall manage and deal with the share of his younger brother in TRUST for him and on his behalf and shall look after the education and upbringing of his said brother for the period of the latter’s minority.

(5) My said Will shall be read and construed in the same manner and shall have the same operation and effect in all respects as if the above has been inserted therein.

(6) In all other respects I confirm my said Will.
