Permanent
resident of Bangladesh temporarily residing in the UK having attained the age
of 18 years and not declared by a competent Court to be of unsound mind is
entitled to be registered as a voter in Bangladesh.

Correcting
electoral roll­— Election Commission in exercise of its power under section 15
can correct the wrong printing of fictitious name in the electoral roll if the
mistake is brought to its notice.
