Dear Sir

I, the undersigned AB your tenant state that, in pursuance of the agreement for renewal contained in the deed of lease dated the ……… day of ……………… 2000, and made between yourself, of the one part, and myself, of the other part, I hereby give notice of my intention to have a renewed lease of the property comprised in the said deed of lease for a further term of ……… years; I therefore hereby request you to grant me a renewed lease on the terms and conditions specified in the said deed of lease and send me the draft thereof for approval.
