And also from time to time substitute and appoint any person or persons to act under or in place of the said attorney (or attorneys) in all of the matters aforesaid, and from time to time every such substitution and appointment at pleasure revoke.

And the said principal hereby empowers his said attorney (or attorneys) from time to time, by any attested writing under his (or their) hand (or hands) to substitute and appoint an attorney (or attorneys) under him (or them), with the same powers as, or with more limited powers than, as hereinbefore expressed to be hereby given and from time to time such substitute or substitutes at pleasure to remove, and another or others, by such writing as last aforesaid, to appoint.
