Power to execute Instruments etc.
To execute and do, or concur in or cause to be executed and done, all such deeds, instruments and things in relation to the premises as in the absolute discretion of the said attorney or attorneys shall seem expedient as fully and effectively as I (or we or any one or more of us) could have done if personally present.
