Order of injunction

Earlier the Arbitration Act, 1940, in its Section 41 provides for application of the Code of Civil Procedure, which obviously includes the power to issue an order of injunction. The Salish Ain, 2001 does not contain such a provision. It would rather appear that such a provision was consciously omitted. The purpose, as it appears, is clear, to push ahead the arbitral proceeding without any hindrance.
