Bench—Territorial Jurisdiction
—All matters arising out of teltitorial
jurisdiction of each permanent Bench shall be heard and disposed of by that
Bench—Basis for deciding the territorial jurisdiction of the Bench—-It is the
subject matter in dispute and not the order passed over it is the basis for
deciding the territorial jurisdiction of the Bench. Therefore, Chittagong Bench
has no territorial jurisdiction over the subject-matter within the territorial Jurisdiction
of the Comilla Permanent Bench of the High Court Division.
