Re:      Artha  Jari No. 383 of 2004 in the Artha Rin Adalat 2nd Court at Dhaka filed against Mr. Md. X and another.

With reference to the above, please find enclosed herewith a notice issued by the Court to   show cause to the judgement debtors as to why the decree shall not be execute against them.

The notice is required to be published in the “Dainik Amar Desh” and “Dainik Barta Sarani”. It should be noted that the next date of the case has been fixed for filing paper cutting of the show cause notice on 01.03.2005. You are therefore requested to forward us the relevant issues of the newspapers at least 2/3 days prior to the next date of the suit.
