RE: ARTHA RIN SUIT NO. 43/2008 FILED BY THE Company 1 AGAINST Company 2.

We refer to the above subject matter.

The last date of the captioned Suit was fixed on 31.03.2008 for Summons Return (S.R.). The Summon was duly served upon the defaulters and returned to the learned Court on that day. But the defendants did not appear before the learned Court with their written statement by the time. Therefore, the learned Court has graciously fixed the next date on 30.04.2008 for the exparte hearing. Please send your authorized representative at our chamber at least two days prior to the exparte hearing for necessary preparation. The representative should bring with him all relevant documents. The representative also requires to appear before the Learned District Judge on the day fixed, 30.04.2008 with Letter of Authorization and all relevant documents in original and give deposition on behalf of the Company 1.
