RE: Inability to vet the Agreement between Bank 1and Travelex, on behalf of Company 1.

We refer to your letter dated 18 October 2006 on the above subject.

We have already vetted the above mentioned Agreement on behalf of Bank 1. As such we are professionally incapable of acting on behalf of Company 1 (who are representatives of Travelex) regarding the same Agreement because of conflict of interest. We recommend you to take the matter to a different Lawyer.
