Dear Sir,

We act for our client COMPANY 2   having its address at Biman Bhaban, 5th floor, Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka and have instructions to serve you this notice as follows:

In the premises, you are requested to either repair  both the lifts or  in the event the lifts cannot be repaired replace the same within 30(thirty) days of receipt of this notice, failing which our client shall be constrained to  initiate appropriate legal action, including filing of action under section 21  of the Premises Rent Control Act, 1991,  against you. Any such action taken by our client shall be at your risks and responsibility .

A copy of this notice shall be kept in our office for reference should this be necessary.
