Re: Legal Opinion regarding election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.

We refer to your letter Ref. PLICL/Legal/2007/8693 dated 25 September 2007 on the above subject.

In your letter you have stated that copies of Article 100 and Articles 112 and 113 from the Articles of Association of the company, regarding Nominated Director and election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman, has been attached.

However, the said articles have not been provided with you letter.

In order for us to give our opinion we need to examine the said articles. Kindly provide us with copies of the above-mentioned articles as soon as possible.
