Notice of Intimation for Dissolution of the Partnership Firm

Notice is hereby given pursuant to sub-section (1) of Section 63 of Partnership Act, (Act IX of 1932) that the Firm of M/S.  MILLS 1, being Regd. No. P/F 31883/08 dated 27th March, 2008 having its principal place of business situated at House No. 32/A, Road No. 02, Dhanmondi R/A, Dhaka, has been dissolved with effect from 15.09.2009 by the mutual consent/due to (i) Md. Khurshed Alam, (ii) Md. Shamim Hossain & (iii) Md. Abdul Kader, the partners/other partners of the Firm shall carry on the business under the same name and style as a Proprietor from the date of this Dissolution.
